Bellevue Place Education Trust (BPET) today, 2nd December 2019, launches consultation on a proposed reduction in the published admission number (PAN) for Kilburn Grange School with effect from September 2021
The current Published Admission Number (PAN) for Kilburn Grange School is 60. This means that the number of children admitted into the school in reception each year is a maximum of 60 children.
Under the terms of the School’s funding Agreement with the Secretary of State for Education, the overall capacity of the School (maximum number on roll) has been set at a final roll of 420 made up of 60 children in each year from Reception to Year 6.
There is limited outside space for the pupils and the school is in an area of surplus primary places and as a result the Trustees of Bellevue Place Education Trust (BPET) would like to reduce the Published Admission Number from 60 to 30 pupil places in Reception.
Read the full proposal here and the DRAFT Admissions Policy 2021/22 which recognises the PAN reduction.
This consultation will run from 2 December 2019 to 31 January 2019 and you are invited to submit comments in writing about the proposal above to Tracey Blandford at the BPET: Tracey Blandford, Marketing Manager, Bellevue Place Education Trust c/o Kilburn Grange School, 52-58 Arcola Street, LONDON E8 2DJ, by midday on 31 January 2019 or by email to info@BPET.co.uk.
