At Kilburn Grange School we are delighted that we are able to offer a breakfast club, a wide range of after school clubs and an extended day provision for our children.
Examples of our current clubs include: Cookery, Dodge Ball, Home Learning, Reading, Art and Stay and Play!

Breakfast Club – Sunrise Club
Sunrise Club will run from week commencing January 2nd 2023 and finish week commencing 31st March 2023. This runs from 7:45am until 8:30am and is charged at £12.50 per week or on an ad-hoc basis of £2.50 per day. This needs to be booked and paid for in advance. Your child needs to be at school before 8:00am to enjoy the healthy breakfast provided.
After School Clubs
After School Clubs run for x11 – x12 sessions during the Spring Term. These will run from week commencing 9th January 2023. Clubs are charged per session. This needs to be booked and paid for in advance on Scopay. There will be no After School Clubs the first and last week of term.
Clubs run from 3:45pm – 4:45pm. A healthy snack will be provided for your child to enjoy before they start.
At 4:45pm, we dismiss the children through the Main School Gate. Please use the main school gate to collect your child. Please be there on time to meet your child as it is distressing for them if you are late and you may incur a fine (please see above).
Please ensure you check for when the clubs go live on: Scopay to secure your place. There are limited spaces available for each club on a first come, first served basis.
Later School Provision – Sunset Cub
Pupils who attend after school clubs are also able to sign up for the Sunset Club which runs from 4:45 – 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday. This is charged at £2.50 per session. Children are collected from their after school clubs and given a drink and snack, before they go to Sunset Club. Children need to be collected at 5:30pm from the Main Entrance.
Please note that Sunset after school care will not take place on a Friday as we have an early finish. The school will close at 5:00pm rather than 5:30pm.
If you receive tax credits, you may be entitled to 70% towards the costs of the clubs.
This is awarded subject to personal circumstance and you would need to contact your local tax office. Please inform them you wish to use your the extended school provision provided by your school, quoting the Kilburn Grange School’s URN / Ofsted Number: 141751 and DFE Number 304 2035. They will then advise whether or not you are eligible for support.
