Celebrating World Car Free Day

On Friday 24th October we proudly celebrated World Car Free Day with a range of fun and informative after-school activities for our pupils, families and wider community.
Kilburn Grange School has long been committed to sustainable practices, campaigning hard to close the school road to traffic, and this event aimed to raise awareness of sustainable travel, healthy living and caring for our environment.
Families and children enjoyed engaging activities, had the opportunity to purchase treats, and visited our community health stall, where helpful advice and information were available for all. We were also delighted to give away free bikes to families, all of which were successfully distributed during the event.
It was wonderful to see our school community come together to learn, take part and support a healthier, greener future. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event such a success!
