Physical Education

“Sports teaches you character, it teaches you to play by the rules, it teaches you to know what it feels like to win and lose – it teaches you about life.” – Billie-Jean King

At Kilburn Grange School, Physical Education (PE) develops the children’s knowledge, skills and understanding, so that they can perform with increasing competence and confidence in a range of physical activities. These include dance, games, gymnastics, outdoor and adventurous activity challenges, swimming and water safety and athletics. Our PE curriculum inspires all children to succeed and excel in competitive sports and other physically demanding activities. It promotes positive attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle.
